Spiral Wrap — Sizing Guide

Spiral wrap diameter is selected based on the cable bundle diameter. Choose a spiral wrap with inner diameter equal to the cable bundle outer diameter:

• 6mm spiral — up to 4 wires of 1.5mm² (signal wiring)
• 10mm spiral — up to 6 wires of 2.5mm² (small control cable bundles)
• 16mm spiral — up to 10 wires of 2.5mm² or 6 wires of 4mm²
• 25mm spiral — large cable bundles, mixed signal and power wiring
• 32mm spiral — large power cable bundles at panel entry points
